大连轻工业学院硕士学位论文芦苇高得率制浆的研究姓名:唐艳军申请学位级别:硕士专业:制浆造纸工程指导教师:刘秉钺 20040301 摘要摘要本文对新疆库尔勒博斯腾湖芦苇进行了原料化学组分分析、纤维形态分析、APMP 制浆及机理、SCMP制浆以及两种高得率浆的漂白工艺等一系列研究。芦苇APMP实验结果表明,两段浸渍预处理中NaOH用量和H202用量是影响浆料性能的主要因素,浸渍预处理温度对浆料性能也有一定影响。在如下实验室APMP预处理条件下: 一段:H202 %,NaOH 3%,Na2Si03 2%,温度75"C,预处理时间30min,液比 l:6。二段:H202 4%,NaOH 3%,Na2Si03 2%,%,%,温度75"C, 预处理时间30rain,液比1:5。%,在叩解度为64。SR时,%ISO,, 。以芦苇APMP(80%)与商品化木浆(20%) 配抄,可在实验室制得主要指标符合一级标准的新闻纸,%ISO、 km、撕裂指数6,。同样的工艺条件,生产规模设备比实验室替代设备生产的APMP的各项指标均要好。采用生产规模设备制得的芦苇APMP(80%)与进口针叶木浆(20%)配抄新闻纸, 可制得主要指标符合优等品的新闻纸。芦苇APMP的补充漂白实验表明,30%的漂白芦苇APMP与70%的博湖化苇浆配抄,可制得接近A级标准的胶印书刊纸,%ISO、 km、,耐折度4次。芦苇SCMP实验结果表明,芦苇SCMP浆中磺酸基含量和白度决定于Na2S03用量和磺化温度,而NaOH用量对得率有显著影响。芦苇SCMP磺化处理,实验室最佳条件是:Na2S03用量12%,NaOH用量2%,磺化温度130℃,磺化时间45min,液比l:6。%,%ISO,磺酸基含量146mmol/kg,%,, 。芦苇SCMP具有较好的可漂性,用2,5%的H202就可以使浆白度达到52,8%ISO。关键词:芦苇 APMP SCMP 化学组分 Abstract Thispaper studied on aseriesofprocessing of reedfrom Bosten Lake inKuerle city, Xinjiang Province,including positions,biological characteristics,APMP pulping anditsmechanism,SCMP pulping,and thebleaching ofAPMP and SCMP aSwell.
