1．在培训中成长
我要利用培训、听课的机会，努力向名师、优秀教师学习，不断吸收别人的经验，以丰富自己，使自己的教学方式、方法以及手段有更大的发展和成功。特别是认真学习优秀教师在课堂中语言的运用，关注他们的激励性评语。多学习他人经验，经常反思自己的不足，一步一个脚印，踏踏实实地去实现目标。
2．在学习中成长
读书是实现教师自我“充电”的最佳途径。读书不仅为创造提供原材料，而且能够启发美术教师创造的灵感。我要利用业余时间多阅读教育教学理论书籍，做好读书笔记，使知识不断积累，思想与时俱进，使自己的素养不断提高。多读书，读好书，用先进的教育思想、教育理念武装自己的头脑。
3．在反思中成长
没有反思就不会有成长，为此我想反思应陪伴我每一天。坚持写教学后记反思，在一节课后，及时记下
