　　（3）神经功能缺损者进行辅助治疗（高压氧、针灸、理疗、按摩等）。

　　胶质瘤病人的护理
　　定义：胶质瘤，是发生于神经外胚层的肿瘤，是颅内常见的恶性肿瘤。各型胶质瘤中分为星形细胞瘤、胶质母细胞瘤、髓母细胞瘤、室管膜瘤、少突胶质瘤、松果体瘤、混合性胶质瘤、脉络丛乳头状瘤、未分类胶质瘤及神经元性肿瘤。
　　临床表现：髓母细胞瘤为高度恶性肿瘤，好发于2-10岁儿童。患儿的主要表现为恶心、呕吐、行走困难、头围增大、颅缝裂开。胶质母细胞瘤为胶质瘤中恶性程度最高的肿瘤，以额、顶、颞叶为多。肿瘤呈浸润性生长，增长迅速，病人主要表现为颅内压增高和神经功能障碍。
　　一、主要护理问题：
　　：与疾病引起的身体不适等有关。
　　：与疾病引起的颅内压增高有关。
　　：与担心疾病预后有关。
　　：癫痫。
胃出血定义
　　-低于机体需要量：与术中机体消耗及术后禁食有关。
　　：与咳嗽反射减弱或消失及呼吸道梗阻导致呼吸道分泌物积聚有关。
　　：与手术创伤有关。
