Key words college students; dependence on mobile ph one; countermeasures 作为“第五媒体”的手机已经成为人们沟通交流、联络感情的主要工具, 成为人们收集信息、分享资讯的有效途径。可以说, 在当今社会手机是人们生活的重要组成部分,尤其对青年大学生生活的影响越发明显,手机依赖就是表现之一。大学生正处于个性心理的发展和完善阶段, 人生观、价值观还未稳定成熟, 对新鲜事物接受快, 各项功能齐全的手机不可避免地成为大学生的“新宠”。但是,他们的自制力和控制力还较低,容易对手机产生依赖, 并影响正常的学习、生活和人际交往。手机在给大学生带来学习、生活便利的同时, 也给他们带来了一些消极影响。本文在对地方某师范院校大学生调查的基础上, 探讨手机依赖的相关问题, 以为消除或者减少手机对大学生的消极影响提供指导。 1 地方师范类大学手机依赖调查情况 调查的对象与方法笔者通过发放问卷对渭南地方某师范院校部分学生进行调查, 共发放问卷 600 份,回收 486
