二、培训目标
从履行共青团的根本职责出发，针对大学生骨干的成长规律和实际需求，从增强政治素质、提升思想境界、优化能力结构、锤炼作风品格等方面着手，在大学生中培养一大批用马克思主义中国化最新成果武装头脑，坚定跟党走中国特色社会主义道路的学生骨干，为他们逐步成长为坚定的马克思主义者奠定基础。
