关于请求解决彭海荣同志待遇问题的报告
县委组织部、县人事劳动社会保障局：
我在2005年前是稻城县农牧科技局职工，因工作能力出色和具有较好的写作能力，于2005年4月被调到亚丁管理局工作，2005年4月前，我在农牧科技局工作时，已被评为畜牧师，享受中级技术职称的工资待遇（工程师待遇），但调到亚丁管理局后，由于没有畜牧师的技术职称岗位，而无法享受该工程师的待遇，因而工资大幅下跌，虽然2006年得到组织的关爱的培养，被提拔为副局长，因身分为事业人员，也只能享受事业副科的待遇。我在亚丁管理局任副局长期间，个人考虑因被组织信任而提拔，更是兢兢业业地工作来回报组织的培养，不知有多少个星期的法定假日仍然坚守在工作岗位，为协调好从马上摔伤游客的纠纷而多次通宵达旦地工作，为景区4A创建工作到凌晨五点以后，为规范亚丁景区管理可谓呕心沥血……，但因身分缘故，加之在亚丁景区管理局工作期间时，工作繁忙，无瑕顾及个人待遇，当我有了空闲来比较身边人员的待遇时，才发现自己与同年晋升为中级职称、同年参加工作的人员相比，每月工资已经低了300多元，而与同年（2006年）提拔为副局长或其他副科实职的人员相比，每月工资已低了1000多元了，有如此差距的原因是同年提拔的相关人员因身份已过渡为公务员
