规范化人工流产后计划生育服务对女性避孕行为的影响.doc规范化人工流产后计划生育服务对女性避孕行为的影响【摘要】目的: 探讨规范化人工流产后计划生育服务对女性避孕行为的影响。方法:选取 2012 年 10月-2014 年8 月期间在本中心进行人工流产手术的 900 例患者作为研究对象, 按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组, 每组 450 例。对照组给予常规健康教育, 研究组实施 PAC 服务, 观察比较两组患者各时段避孕措施落实情况, 将对照组分为坚持避孕行为组及未坚持避孕行为组,对坚持避孕行为的影响因素进行分析。结果:研究组患者在术后避孕措施立即落实、术后不同时间坚持避孕行为所占比例均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义( P< ) 。坚持避孕行为组已婚、大学及以上、职员及技术人员、月收入较高的患者所占比例均明显高于未坚持避孕行为组,差异均有统计学意义( P< ) 。结论:未婚、受教育程度较低、工人及服务员、学生、无业人员、月收入较低的患者坚持避孕行为较差, 应作为避孕教育的重点对象, 有效降低非意愿妊娠发生率。【关键词】避孕; 流产; 规范化 Effect of Family Planning Services on Contraceptive Behavior of Female after Standardized Abortion/MA Feng-ling , LI Yan , LIANG Zeng-xia , et al.//Medical Innovation of China , 2016 , 13( 06): 102-105 【 Abstract 】 Objective : To investigate the effect of family planning services on contraceptive behavior of female after standardized : Nine hundred patients with artificial abortion admitted to our center from October 2012 to August 2014 were selected as research objects , they were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method , 450 cases in each control group received conventional health education , the study group received post-abortion care services , the implementation of contraceptive measures in each period of time between the two groups were observed control group was divided into the insist on contraceptive behavior group and did not
