多焦点人工晶状体植入术后的临床观察.doc多焦点人工晶状体植入术后的临床观察[ 摘要] 目的探讨该院白内障超声乳化联合 Acrysof Restor+3D ( SN6AD1 ) 多焦点人工晶状体植入的术后疗效。方法整群选取该院 201 3 年1月― 2014 年 12月 93例( 128 眼) 老年性白内障患者, 行白内障超声乳化术,分为试验组(多焦组) 64 眼植入多焦点人工晶状体 Acrysof Restor+3D ( SN6AD1 ) ,对照组(单焦组) 64 眼植入单焦点人工晶状体 Acrysof IQ( SN60WF ), 对术后视力及疗效进行分析。结果 128 眼手术均顺利, 术后 1 周裸眼远视力多焦组( ± ), 单焦组( ± ), 两组比较差异无统计学意义( P? ); 裸眼近视力多焦组( ± ), 单焦组( ± ), 多焦组优于单焦组, 差异有统计学意义( P? )。无严重局部及全身并发症发生。结论白内障超声乳化联合多焦点人工晶状体植入术效果显著, 具有切口小, 恢复快, 良好的术后远视力及近视力, 患者满意度高,可以适合于白内障术后不愿意配戴老花镜的患者。[ 关键词] 白内障;多焦点人工晶状体;超声乳化[ 中图分类号] R77 [ 文献标识码]A[ 文章编号] 1674-0742 ( 2015 ) 08(b) -0004-03 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of phacoemulsification cataract bined with Acrysoft Restor+3D ( SN6AD1 ) multifocal intraocular lens ( MIOL ) implantation underwent in our hospital.
