联合应用硫酸镁、TDP、低频脉冲治疗急性乳腺炎效果观察.doc联合应用硫酸镁、TDP 、低频脉冲治疗急性乳腺炎效果观察【摘要】目的探讨联合应用硫酸镁、 TDP 、低频脉冲治疗急性乳腺炎的临床疗效, 进一步指导临床。方法 160 例急性乳腺炎患者, 随机分为观察组和对照组, 各 80 例, 对照组患者采用硫酸镁湿热敷同步 TDP 照射, 观察组在对照组基础上协同低频脉冲治疗急性乳腺炎。对两组的临床治疗效果、治疗时间、体温恢复时间、肿块消除时间等进行对比分析。结果观察组的临床总有效率 % 明显高于对照组的 % , 差异具有统计学意义( P< ), 观察组治疗时间、体温恢复时间、肿块消除时间明显短于对照组, 差异具有统计学意义( P< ) 。结论联合应用硫酸镁、 TDP 、低频脉冲治疗急性乳腺炎临床疗效确切, 值得进一步推广应用。【关键词】急性乳腺炎;低频脉冲;临床疗效 DOI : -5547/ Effect observation bined treatment by magnesium sulfate , TDP , and low frequency impulse for acute mastitis YANG Jian-li.
