静脉联合洛铂腹腔恒温循环热灌注化疗对晚期卵巢癌的疗效研究.doc静脉联合洛铂腹腔恒温循环热灌注化疗对晚期卵巢癌的疗效研究【摘要】目的: 评价晚期卵巢癌术后静脉联合洛铂腹腔恒温循环热灌注化疗的疗效及不良反应。方法:将 2007 年7月-2009 年7 月本科收治的晚期上皮性卵巢癌行细胞减灭或根治术的患者 46 例,随机单盲分成洛铂组( 紫杉醇静脉联合洛铂腹腔恒温循环热灌注化疗) 与顺铂组( 紫杉醇静脉联合顺铂腹腔恒温循环热灌注化疗), 每组各 23 例患者, 分析两组患者的生存情况及毒副反应。结果:两组 46 例患者都完成全部 6 个周期的治疗, 洛铂组患者术后 3 年生存率 % ,5 年生存率为 % , 与顺铂组比较差异无统计学意义( P> ) 。虽然洛铂组不良反应较顺铂组差异有统计学意义( P< ) ,但两组患者均可耐受。结论:术后静脉联合腹腔恒温热循环灌注化疗是晚期卵巢癌行减灭术后的有效辅助化疗, 使用洛铂代替顺铂治疗具有同样的疗效, 且不良反应较轻、患者耐受性更好, 两种方法均可使晚期卵巢癌患者获得较理想的生存率。【关键词】卵巢癌; 腹腔恒温循环热灌注化疗; 洛铂; 疗效;不良反应【 Abstract 】 Objective : To explore curative effect and side effects of the patients with ovarian epithelial cell carcinoma after surgery administered by continous hyperthermic peritoneal perfusion chemotherapy ( CHPPC ) with lobaplatin bination with intravenous chemotherapy ( IC) .Method : 46 cases of advanced ovarian carcinoma patients after cytoreductive or radical surgery were selected from July 2007 to July 2009 , and were divided into cisplatin group and the Lobaplatin group , 23 cases in each group , all of them were treated IC+CHPPC , curative effect and side effects were : The 46 patients of two groups finished all six cycles Lobaplatin group three-year and five-year survival rates respectively was % , % , the differences were not statistically significant ( P> ) .Although we find the two groups had statistically significant in some aspects ( P< ), all the patients could stand : Continous hyperthermic peritoneal perfusion chemotherapy with Lobaplatin bination with intravenous chemotherapy are safe and feasible treatment modality for patients with advanced ovary in lobaplatin group have pliance than cisplatin , but the two medicines both have plications rates , all have marked improvements in survival. 【 Key words 】 Ovarian carcinoma ; Continous hyperthermic peritoneal perfusion chemotherapy ; Lobaplatin ; Curative effect ; Side effects 卵巢癌是最常见的妇科恶性肿瘤之一, 确诊时多已到中晚期, 且大概 70% 的患者会复发,成为妇科死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤,其 5 年生
