FSAE 赛车悬架设计袁振(1) ,尹伟奇(2) ,刘爽(1) 1. 清华大学汽车工程系, 2. 清华大学物理系【摘要】本文的目的是完成对清华大学 FSAE 车队 2010 年赛车的悬架设计,为车队以后的工作留下一份设计和分析思路。首先结合规则要求,确定赛车的偏频,进而计算出包括悬架刚度在内的有关参数, 为更进一步的计算打下基础。之后分析了车轮定位参数对赛车性能的影响,明确了赛车悬架设计的有关基本原则。通过 ADAMS 软件完成了前悬架的参数模型, 并结合整车设计参数, 进行仿真分析。利用 ADAMS 软件的优化功能,对悬架参数进行优化。【关键词】 FSAE ,悬架设计, CATIA ,ADAMS Suspension Design for FASE Racecar Yuan Zhen (1) , Yin Weiqi (2) , Liu Shuang (1) 1.
