Key words : acid ; tanshinone ; acne vulgaris 寻常性痤疮是皮肤科常见病, 多见于青年男女, 好发于面颈及肩背部, 严重影响患者的工作生活。临床上主要采用系统内服药物及外用药物治疗, 包括维 A 酸类药物、抗生素类, 可控制部分临床症状, 但容易反复发作, 即使痊愈后部分也会留下萎缩性瘢痕及色素沉着, 这使得药物治疗的效果差。而且考虑到长期使用维 A 酸类药物治疗的副作用, 所以需要更安全有效的治疗方法, 现将笔者 2013 年9月-2014 年5 月采用果酸联
