知公司的部分情况，如：生产体系人员结构老化、生产执行力不到位、各项制度执行不畅、内部提升力不足。其他诸如：企业当年度及三或五年短期运作规划、企业内部现状、部门内部具体实际状况，均一无所知。没有了基础信息，具体的考核项目、明确的量化指标将无法设定。
现就目前提出我个人的工作思路及想法步骤。
我想通过个人的努力在公司的支持下，将企业打造成一个高效执行型学习组织，使之能够配合公司的发展扩张做到预先谋划、及时供给，在运行过程中能够高效执行，逐步形成企业内部文化。
作为已经正式运行的公司，我的工作思路是：
在领导和部门的配合下迅速掌握部门内部实际状况及现行的工作流程，按照现行的工作流程执行并在执行的同时与其他部门做好沟通，了解并掌握各部门具体情况，最终掌握公司的运作模式、业务部门架构与实际运行情况、各部对于本部门的业务需求和抱怨及各项运行中存在问题和隐患，并在此过程中表现出人力资源部门的亲和力与职业素养，赢得各部支持为后期优化提供助力。对公司的情况及存在问题进行分析，结合公司当年度及三或五年短期运作规划、个人期望及领导层要求，做出公司人力资源现状的诊断与改进措施。
计划步骤：
一、维持目前的日常运作，尽快熟悉情况
　 在维持现行工作的过程中，去发现目前在招聘、人员流失、人事资料管理、职能职责划分、是否存在极明显不合理、并且需要马上改善的方面：比如某个岗位缺人，并必须马上补充的情况，形成即时解决方案并处理。
二、明确近期需改善的工作
通过和各部门沟通获取所有相关信息资料
