三、园区2010年其它工作开展情况
1、完成了省市专业园区调查统计工作。
2010年城南商贸物流园被省市定位专业园区调查统计范围，在市县统计部门的指导下，抽调人员为时一个月完成了企业调查，进一步摸清了底数。
2、组织协调相关部门做好园区“三归一评”以及园区申报工作。
园区与城建规划、土地、环保等部门配合着手做好“三归一评”，目前土地、环保正在加紧规划，发展规划已提交初步结果，同时按照省申报专业园区的要求及时上报了相关材料。2010年10月13日在市发改委同市发改委、规划、土地、环保等相关单位进行了初步对接。

3、做好金三角商户搬迁和新市场培育工作。
园区管委会在县领导组的带领下，与有关部门配合实现了金三角商户搬迁。协调工商、市场发展中心进驻新市场参与制定完善各种规章制度，对新市场进行规范化管理，并组织相关人员走出去，赴浙江、江苏等全国知名纺织品类市场学习考察，借鉴经验。目前新市场商户入驻216户，入驻率达85%以上，针对金三角市场外围电摩商户搬迁无场地的问题，积极把梨园转盘西北角老蔬菜批发市场进行改造为摩配城，配合金三角市场搬迁。
4、基础设施建设方面着手解决梨园转盘以西雨水管网及两侧路面硬化工作。
2010年园区管委会与将官池镇一道组织村民商户自筹资金对梨园转盘以南道路两侧进行硬化，两侧长度约600多米，面积近4万平方米，总造价约160万元，目前已完成工程质量的98%以上。与县公路局配合，对转盘以西雨水管网进行疏通改造，管道全长1700多米，目前已完工。
5、紧抓项目招商，强化后勤服务。
今年上半年园区管委会按照省市县招商工作会议精神，采取亲情招商、以商招商方式，达成了6个意向性符合产业政策的项目，单等园区规划“三规合一”正式实施，吸引项目早日入驻。
