5、本协议终止或解除后，甲方应在协议终止或解除后30个工作日内将微信账号交还乙方，并不得再做任何登陆或使用,并且承诺不将乙方资料泄漏给第三方。
6、甲方应当遵守腾讯微信的规则和守则进行运营维护，不得违反相关规则，导致乙方微信账号运营受到影响。
7、甲方不得在微信运营过程中发布有损乙方企业形象的文章或信息等内容。
五、乙方的责任、权利和义务
乙方提供专人与甲方联络。
乙方必须保证提供 logo、图片集内容的合法性和真实性，如因此引起纠纷，甲方不承担任何法律责任。
协议签订后，乙方提供微信账号以及密码等各种必要的资料给甲方，并进行使用授权。
按照协议的约定，及时支付费用。假设在规定时间内，乙方未能如期支付费用，甲方在协议付费延期一周后有权停止协议规定的服务；
合作期间乙方不得将甲方策划未发布的微信内容信息复制、传播、出售或许可给其它第三方。
订阅号(服务号)及其发布的所有文章归属于乙方所有；
协议生效期间，因乙方原因导致协议无法履行，甲方不退还剩余款项；
乙方须遵守微信运营保密协议，未得到甲方允许，不得擅自
