工程的代理建设单位。为进一步明确工程代建内容及其权益、责任和义务，双方本着互相协作的范围与内容
1、本合同的工程项目范围以 设计的 工程施工设计文件。
2、本合同项下不包括以下内容:
(1)本工程土地征用、租用、青苗树木赔偿、施工场地内的其它房屋构筑物、各部门(含代管)以外的各种管线、障碍物的迁改和清除。上述事项应由甲方负责在乙方开工前办妥。
(2)引至工地的临时给水、电力电源线，确保本工程如期顺利进行。
(3)施工设计文件以外的工作内容等。
四、质量等级
