文本文件格式应用Doc、Docx；电子表格文件格式采用xls、xlsx。
各类扫描件、效果图应采用JPG、PDF、TIF格式。同一资料有多页时，应扫描保存在一个PDF或TIF格式的文档中。扫描件必须使用原件进行彩色扫描，分辨率不大于300dpi，扫描件上应注明“本扫描件与原件一致”字样。
电子图纸文档保存格式应用AutoCAD2004～2007(*dwg)。
三维模型应采用MAX格式。
电子文档大小
单页资料扫描件应小于1M。
多页资料扫描件原则不大于20M。
CAD图形文件大小宜控制在100M以下。
电子文档签章要求
建设单位提交的文本文件、电子表格文件、扫描件必须加盖电子公章。
地形图、方案设计图必须加盖测绘单位或设计单位矢量电子签章。
