浅析机械性损伤的法医鉴定.doc浅析机械性损伤的法医鉴定【摘要】当身体因为机械性的暴力引发身体各个器官或组织结构破坏和机体功能障碍。在法医学上对各种机械性创伤的界定, 以外表皮肤完好,皮层下组织被破坏视为创,没有被破坏的视为伤。在刑事诉讼中,对于损伤的鉴定具有很重要的地位。法医学中对于损伤的检测是其之根本, 也是在鉴定过程中最为重要的一项。但是由于嫌疑人使用的致伤器具繁多, 造成的损伤也是各种各样, 因此损伤的鉴定在法医学鉴定中成为一项难题。当代社会科技发展迅速,使损伤检测得到了真正意义上的应用。本文就此问题展开论述。【关键词】机械性损伤;法医鉴定;机械损伤鉴定【 Abstract 】 When the body is caused by mechanical violence , the structural damage and dysfunction of ans or tissues. In forensic medicine , the definition of all kinds of mechanical trauma , the appearance of the skin intact , anization was damaged under the skin asa record , no damage to the visual. In the criminal procedure , it is very important to identify the damage. In forensic science , the detection of damage is the basis and the most important one in the process of identification. However , because of the use ofa wide range of injured devices , resulting ina variety of damage , so the identification of the damage in forensic medicine has e a problem. The rapid development of science and technology in modern society , so that damage detection has been a real sense of the application.
