In this paper, the current situation of human resource management and human resource management mode analysis, to describe how small and medium-sized enterprises to change the present situation of the personnel management, the new model of human resource management, integration of human resource management, the plan of human resources scientifically, establish a fair performance salary welfare system, perfect and improve the human resource management mode. Analysis of small and medium-sized enterprise the current operation mode, makes the small and medium-sized enterprises can draw lessons from the advanced idea and practice of new pattern.
