高校法治观教育研究摘要当代大学生是我国未来建设和发展的生力军,在中国走向社会主义法治国家的进程中,大学生的基本法治观念起到了至关重要的作用,而仅仅依靠法学院的专业法学教育不足以完成法治国家建设在法律意识提高上的重任。为此,培养和健全大学生法治观是当今高校思想政治教育工作中的一项必要而紧迫的任务。十七大报告明确指出:“扩大社会主义民主,建设社会主义法治国家,发展社会主义政治文明”。中央宣传部、司法部的五年普法工作一直把学校的普法教育作为重点,国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)也提出了在思想政治教育工作中提高法制观教育的相关问题。受多重因素的影响,当代大学生的法治教育存在着知识上的欠缺和观念上的偏颇,高校法治观教育也没有得到足够的重视。因此对当代大学生法治观教育的研究紧跟时代步伐,紧密联系实际,具有现实性和针对性。本文共分为四个部分。第一部分为法治观教育概述。根据思想政治教育工作中出现的问题,特别是对法治、法治观等概念进行了本性界定,并对与此相关的概念进行了必要的区分和梳理,指出了法治观教育的现实意义。第二部分通过大量的调查和数据分析了当前高校法治观教育的现状,分别在学校、教师、学生三个主体方进行阐述。第三部分综合现实情况对当代大学生法治观教育的现状成因进行了分析,从思想政治教育科学性的角度对主体、客体、内容、方法以及环境,尤其是法治观在文化上成因的特殊性进行了相对系统而全面的阐述。第四部分主要是针对论文第三部分分析法治观教育的现状,在结合相关学科知识的基础上,为提高法治观教育的实效性和科学性提出了相应的对策。本文在撰写过程中综合运用了比较法,思想政治教育研究中较为常用的文献法,社会调查法等,并且广泛借鉴了法学、管理学、社会学、心理学等学科的知识,坚持求真求实、据事言理的态度,以期望达到最初写作本论文的初衷,坚持理论的创新性和实践的可操作性;立足于现实问题,提出未来法治观教育发展的大胆设想。以此旨在通过对“法治观教育”系统而详细的整理而希冀对在思想政治教育内容中占据尴尬地位的法治观进行论证。关键词:法治;法制;创新;法治观教育Study on rule of law education in CollegesAbstractCollege students are the main driving force for the future development and construction in our country.
