〔3〕理工类大学本科毕业，取得工程师任职资格或相应工程类执业资格，担任工程师职务满5年。
〔4〕理工类大学专科毕业，获得省部级科学技术奖励二等奖以上项目的主要完成人，取得工程师任职资格或相应工程类执业资格，并担任工程师职务满5年。
二、评审条件
〔一〕工程师任职资格评审条件
1．专业基础理论知识，同时符合以下条件：
〔l〕较全面地掌握本专业的基础理论和专业理论知识。
〔2〕熟悉本专业及相关的法律、法规，能正确运用本专业的技术标准、规程、标准。
〔3〕了解本专业国内外新技术的发展现状、发展趋势及相关专业知识。
〔4〕了解现代管理科学等知识。

2．工作能力与经历，同时符合以下条件：
〔l〕能根据工作任务合理选用工作方法或技术手段，制定工作计划和实施方案，具有编写技术总结和技术报告的能力与经历。
〔2〕具有在专业工作中解决较复杂技术问题的能力与经历。
〔3〕任助理工程师期间，具有以下实践经历之一：
①省辖市或厅级业务行政主管部门下达的科研项目或工程项目的主要参加者。
②参与完成过1项对中型以上企业发展有一定影响的工程项目〔产品〕或中型以上工程项目〔产品〕中某一部分的研究、开发、设计制造、勘察工作。
③参与过本行业〔专业〕或企业标准、技术发展规划的制订和编写。
④参与完成过1项有一定技术难度和较复杂产品的某一过程的研究、设计工作。
⑤提出过1项中型工程项目或科研课题的选题、立项论证报告、实施方案、方案设计等。
⑥参与完成过1项中型以上企业技术改造、设备改良、提高产品质量或改良工艺等。
⑦完成过成套设备或单机设备的维护、维修，保证设备正常运行。
⑧参与过高新技术研究开发、成果转化或新资源、新产品、新品种、新技术、新材料、新设备、新工艺推广应用。
⑨参与过对工程项目〔产品〕有指导作用的情报资料的搜集、整理、汇编，提出系统报告。
3．业绩与成果，符合以下条件中的2条〔专业从事研究和开发的专业技术人员须具备〔1〕〔2〕〔3〕〔4〕〔5〕〔6〕中的1条〕：
〔l〕获得省辖市〔厅〕级以上科技奖励1项。
