第六条　导师应根据研究生培养方案，为研究生制定相应的培养计划，定期检查培养计划中各环节的执行情况；指导研究生完成学位论文，催促研究生按计划完成学业。
第七条　学校对导师进行考核，考核不合格者视情况给予相应处理。
第八条　学校对获得各级优秀学位论文的导师给予表彰和奖励。
第九条　导师有以下情况之一者，经校学位评定委员会审议通过，暂停招生：
〔1〕凡经评审通过后连续三年没有招收研究生；

〔2〕在学位论文抽检中，对1篇论文出现2个及以上“不合格”者；
〔3〕长期没有科研项目或科研成果者；
〔4〕因健康原因不能担负指导研究生工作者；
〔5〕研究生在科研或与校外、国外联合培养过程中存在弄虚作假、抄袭剽窃等学术不端行为，导师失察并造成不良影响者；
〔6〕因其它情况不适宜担任研究生导师者。
第十条　恢复招生：
暂停招生的导师恢复招生，应按照相应研究生指导教师遴选方法规定的程序和标准重新申请，通过后取得招生资格。
第十一条　有以下情形之一者，取消导师资格：
〔一〕在课堂或其他培养研究生的公共场合公开攻击、肆意歪曲国家宪法、党的基本路线和四项基本原则；暗示或教唆研究生从事国家禁止的政治性活动或与研究生身份不符的活动，且造成不良影响者；
〔二〕在研究生招生、考试、科研、学位论文答辩等工作中徇私舞弊，情节恶劣、造成不良影响者；
〔三〕违反国家法律规定而受到刑事处分者；
〔四〕其他不适合担任研究生指导教师者。
