The patients in observation group were treated with ambroterol combined with montelukast sodium ( g•kg-1, g•kg-1, g•kg-1, g•kg-1, g•kg-1; Bid). The changes in IgE, IL-4, ECP and IL-10 indicators before and after treatment for 14 days were measured. Time of disappearance of cough, time of disappearance of fever, asthma and rory sound in the lungs, and adverse drug reactions were also recorded and compared. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<). The serum levels of IgE, IL-4, ECP and IL-10 of the two groups were significantly reduced after treatment (P<). The disappearance time of cough, fever, asthma and rale in the lung in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<).
