（九）驾驶员要熟读公司保密制度，必须做到不该说的不说,不该问的不问，不该做 的事绝对不做；注重服装仪表形象礼仪，领导说话，不可随便插言，注意语言文明。
（十）驾驶员必须在指定地点坚守岗位，不得私自离岗，因脱岗影响正常出车，视情 节给予处理。
（十一）驾驶员不见派车单或电话通知，有权拒绝出车。未经批准，驾驶员擅自出车 或将车辆转借他人驾驶，发生交通事故，后果自负并予以辞退。
（十二）驾驶员因违章或证件不全被罚款，费用不予报销。
（十三）驾驶员出车，遇特殊情况不能按时返回，应及时告知车队，并说明原因。
（十四）驾驶员的手机应按要求24小时开机，以备工作需要；开车时不得接听电话， 违者罚款100元，如因接听电话造成交通事故，后果自负。
（十五）驾驶员辞职应提前一个月申请，待公司找到合适人员后，方可离职。如立即离 岗者，可视为自动放弃报酬离岗。
四、责任事故费用管理规定
（一）私自出车一次，行政人事部提出警告，二次者扣除半年安全奖，私自出车造成交 通事故，并后果自负并予以辞退。
