Shaanxi Expressway Construction pany,Xi'an 710086,China)Abstract: Proceeded from the problems in the paction standard, directed against theuneven characteristics of position and water content of earth-rock mixture, this paperimproves putational method of the biggest dry density by using the coefficient of densityand optimal moisture. This paper also studies the void ratio control method and the paction method under different coarse aggregate percentage, and discusses their feasibili-ty being used paction control standard. An example shows that the two methods canachieve good results to some extent.
