Que através da aplicação da Resolução GMC Nº 54/92 se observou a
necessidade de sua atualização com a finalidade de incorporar a certificação
obrigatória para assegurar o cumprimento das exigências essenciais de
segurança.

That thru the application of the Resolution GMC Nr. 54/92
it was observed the necessity of it’s update with the
objective of incorporating the mandatory certifications to
assure the accomplishment of the essential demands of
security.



O GRUPO MERCADO COMUM
RESOLVE:
The common Market
Group resolves:

Art. 1- Aprovar o “Regulamento Técnico MERCOSUL sobre segurança em
Brinquedos” que consta como Anexo e faz parte da presente Resolução.

Art 1- To approve the “Mercosur technical Regulation about
security in Toys “that counts as an attachment and its
part of the present Resolution.

- Uma vez que estiver vigente no MERCOSUL a presente Resolução, ficará
revogada a Res. GMC Nº 54/92.
2Art 2- Once valid in the Mercosur the present Resolution,
will be abolished the Res. GMC Nr. 54/92.

Art. 3 - Os Estados Partes colocarão em vigência as disposições legislativas,
regulamentares e administrativas necessárias para dar cumprimento à presente
Resolução, através dos seguintes órgãos:
