10月下旬，作为本学期德育工作重要内容之一，我校分管德育工作李校长，在经过两个多月的精心准备后，进行了我校第一次大型德育专题讲座。
我校全体师生听了讲座。讲座的内容主要有德育的内涵，涵盖感谢党委政府对我们的重视和关怀、感谢父母、感谢老师等内容的感恩教育，以及包括文明礼仪习惯、遵纪守法习惯、学习习惯、生活习惯、卫生习惯等内容的习惯养成教育。
“践行师德创先争优，办人民满意教育”主题实践活动。
按照图书记 “践行师德创先争优、办人民满意教育”主题实践活动讲话精神。我校深入开展了加强师德建设的活动，明确了准确把握师德规范和落实师德建设责任的要求，部署了开展主题实践活动的重点工作。全体教师，按照上级党委要求，积极行动，求真务实，不懈进取，争做学生爱戴、人民满意的教师。本学期我校通过学生问卷调查的形式评选了“学生心目中的好老师活动”。

“正师德、树师风、传师道、铸师魂”演讲比赛
建党90周年之际，为进一步加强师德师风工作，充分发挥党员教师的模范带头作用，带领全体教师积极奉献，高质量完成教育教学任务，推动学校更好更快地发展，6月份，我校党支部组织全体教师在教学楼二楼报告厅开展了“正师德、树师风、传师道、铸师魂”为主题的演讲活动。
