世界睡眠医学杂志 2021 年 5 月第 8 卷第 5 期 888 Woron velocity（PWV1 ），descending aorta pulse wave conduction velocity（PWV2）and bracolleolar pulse wave conduction velocity（BAPWV）of the two groups were measured by ultrasound apparatus，probe X5-1 and superficial probe L1 2- linear regression analysis was used to analyze the correlation between AHI and ultrasonic ：AHI，PWV1 ， PWV2 and BAPWV in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group，with statistical significance （P ＜）.There was a positive correlation between AHI and ultrasonic indicators，and the difference was statistically significant （P ＜）.Conclusion：The compliance of the aorta in OSAHS patients has been changed.
