春晖中学教学楼设计（方案一）
摘 要
【摘要】本工程为教学楼设计，建筑物共4层，，，㎡， ㎡。本工程抗震等级为四级，抗震设防烈度为六度，场地类别为二类，地面粗糙度类别为c类，建筑耐火等级为二级，屋面防水等级为三级，建筑物合理使用年限为50年。按毕业设计任务书的要求，采用天正建筑软件，完成建筑部分设计，包括建筑平面设计、立面设计、剖面设计以及楼梯设计。结构部分采用钢筋混凝土框架结构，采用PKPM软件完成结构部分设计。在利用各软件计算的过程中，还结合手算校核的内容。

Abstract
【ABSTRACT】This project for Academic Building design .The building consists of 4 layers, the layer , total building height of building area is covers an area of about square class of seismic measure of this project is four , and the standard for seismic fortification intensity is six. Site classification is category three. Surface roughness is category C, building fire rate is category two. Roof waterproof grade is category three. The reasonable tenure of use is 50 years. According to the design task book specification and TianZheng construction software, it complete the construction part of the design, including architectural graphic design, facade design, cross-sectional design and staircase design. The structural part of the reinforced concrete frame structure, it complete structure part of the design, using the PKPM software to calculate the process. The use of the software to calculate the process, I combine with hand calculations to check the contents.

设计任务
本次设计的最主要的任务是完成四层教学楼的设计。主要任务有：
1、收集相应建筑物设计的相关资料，阅读和理解相关知识，并尽可能了解教学楼的功能要求。
2、完成英文文献的翻译。
3、建筑平面布置、剖面设计、立面设计图和施工大样图的绘制。
4、结构选型，基础设计，结构计算和施工图设计等。
设计要求
通过收集和查阅相关的专业法规和一些相应的建筑标准，来满足该教学楼设计的建筑功能
