Abstract
　 　 【 】 　 Multiple multiple rib fractures is common in the clinic,but there is no consensus on its treat-
ment. The surgical and non-operative treatment of multiple rib fractures is still controversial,and the methods of sur-
gical treatment and the choice of materials also vary from person to person. In recent years,with the development of
technology and the improvement of patients’ requirements for health,the research on the treatment of multiple rib
fractures is deepening day by day,and the number of patients with surgical treatment is gradually increasing,but
there is a lack of effective evaluation mechanism for the effect of surgical treatment. Accurately evaluating the
patient’s condition,monitoring the patient’s condition change,and choosing the appropriate treatment method can pro-
mote the patient’s recovery and reduce the occurrence of complications. This article reviews the research progress in
the treatment of multiple rib fractures,so as to obtain a reasonable,standardized,and effective treatment plan.
