AbstractIIIAbstractLand urbanization and population urbanization is an important part of urbanization process. The essence of urbanization as well as the ultimate goal is to realize the urbanization of people. Therefore, the coordinated development of land urbanization and population urbanization is about core issues of the sustainable development of our country. Based on the land urbanization, population urbanization and the essence of the coordination,the paper analyzes the influence of land urbanization and population urbanization coordinate relationship between institutional factors, and builds a system of multivariate linear regression model to explore the influence of factors on the coordinated development of urbanization. Indeed, the paper builds the evaluation system of land urbanization and population urbanization, and taking HeNan province as an example, from two dimensions of time and space on the land -evaluates the coordination degree of population urbanization. Finally, based on the theoretical analysis and empirical research, land urbanization and population urbanization in HeNan province of the coordinated development policies and Suggestions are put forward by referencing from Europe and Asia, America and other developed countries and our country economy more developed regions the advanced experience of the coordinated development of shows that institutional factors of urbanization is the most obvious role in promoting through multiple linear regression model building and correction.
