摘要
近几年,数字化校园建设在国内快速的发展,迅速推动了学校教育改革,形成了信息系统集成的另一新兴产业;将传统教务信息管理、图书管理、机房管理、网络管理以及一卡通管理建设的界线高度模糊化,项目建设高度集成化。
科研项目管理也是高校科技管理工作的一项重要内容。编制有限的管理部门如何高效有序地处理头绪繁杂的13常事务,相对分散的高校科研人员如何方便快捷地获取、共享科研信息,一直是高校科技管理的重要研究内容。
本文的研究思路:对我国高校校园文化建设分析,了解项目管理实践的特点,并以此作为我们研究项目管理与校园建设的基础。通过对项目管理与校园建设的综述,并对项目管理、信息化建设、经费项目概念进行界定,运用项目管理与校园建设的相关理论,采取案例分析、比较分析等方法。对改进和完善项目管理校园文化建设提出建议。
本文的主要研究结论: 提高经费预算管理水平、建立与信息化相适应的管理模式、加快复合型信息化人才培养、提高经费预算管理水平、加强财务核算需要、进行经费使用控制、为财务理财提供资金信息等等,以便达到信息化建设与科研经费项目的综合演进。
