怎样对小学英语中的故事进行启发性教学

【摘要】：在英语课堂上，让学生在欣赏故事、讲故事的过程中习得英语语言,利用故事对学生进行启发性教学，通过巧妙设计故事内容，使学生First … then … at last"， 表示方位的“on the left”，“on the right”，“in the middle of”；表示时间段的“in the morning , in the afternoon , in the evening, at night"； 表示转折关系的“but”，表示因果联系的“because …,so … "；等等，通过这一系列特殊的词和短语，不仅可以提高学生的语言表达能力, is … 和 It has …时我用了一连串的关联词来贯穿故事情节。故事内容是:One morning， a polliwog wake up 。 Then it looks for his Mummy. It swims and swims. Then it see a gold fish， “Mummy! Mummy!” The polliwog says。 “No， I’m not your Mummy。 Your mummy has four legs， it is green.” The gold fish says. Then the polliwog swims and swims。 Now in front of it is a tortoise。 “Mummy！ Mummy！" The polliwog says。 “No， I'm not your Mummy. Your Mummy has big eyes。” The tortoise says. Then the polliwog swims and swims。 At the afternoon, it sees a frog sit on the big leaf； it has four legs and big eyes。 it is green.
“ Oh, Mummy! Mummy!” The polliwog says。 At last, the polliwog finds out its Mummy！ 通过对故事的呈现后，学生能够根据故事中的一些特殊词语morning, then ， at the afternoon ， at last 等对故事进行简单的复述,当然，学生在复述的过程中，对复述有困难的学生可以鼓励学生英汉结合,提高对故事复述的兴趣，让学生在复述的过程中使学习效果不断很高，同时学生也能够通过对故事的学习很好地掌握句型It has…和It is…可见巧用关联词、创新连词成文的技巧对故事教学有着非常好的作用。
三、灵活运用故事，加强启发性教学。
在故事教学中，故事的创造者不一定是老师，还可以是学生。每个学生都有想象的翅膀，每个学生都有着丰富的想象力，我们应充分利用和挖掘每一个学生的潜力，让他们参与到故事的创造中来。有时学生会比老师创造出更好的故事情节，因此，教师在课堂上应给学生开拓一个编故事的空间。在一堂英语课中，教学
