实验：猪眼的解剖
目的：了解猪眼的外形和内部结构
材料：猪眼
仪器：解剖盘，解剖刀，剪刀，镊子
步骤：
观察眼的外部形态，包括眼睑、眼角膜。
将眼求周围的肌肉处理干净，观察眼后方白色的视神经。
从眼后方巩膜之处剪一个小缺口，然后小心地慢慢扩大缺口，将看见巩膜、脉络膜与视网膜分开的情况。
再将视网膜剪破，将眼球的内含物挤入培养皿内。
此时，将可观察到水状液、玻璃状液、虹膜上的色素、晶体。
再将整个眼球分为前、后两部分。
前半部可观察到眼角膜、虹膜和睫状肌。
后半部可观察到盲点，同时也可将巩膜和脉络膜分开。
最后将晶体放在报纸上，看晶体放大字体的现象，再将晶体加热，观察结果。
