三拐美好乡村建设在取得丰硕成绩的同时，也存在着一些困难和问题：
1、基础设施薄弱：村内有部分通组道路未硬化，通行能力有限；渠道年久失修，抗旱排涝能力极弱；
2、村民自建工程项目、各项配套设施管护等相关费用仍有缺口，筹资难度较大；
3、美好乡村建设的建管长效机制难以建立。目前中心村庄建设较为规范，但其它村组建设还未达到美好乡村的要求；中心村庄的垃圾清运、设备管护等都没有形成长效机制；
