毕业设计
中，结合理论和实践，设计一套生产的注塑模具，要求模具的设计符合机械原理，符合模具加工要求，能够适应规模化的生产，设计要合情合理，没有矛盾和无法实现的地方。注塑模具在社会上应用越来越广，要结合成产和第一线的经验，安全，节省原料，产生经济效益，所用的工艺过程，设计思路，加工需要，零件选择，都要符合机械行业的规定。本次的塑件是一个玩具汽车外壳，结合玩具汽车外壳来设计模具。通过设计该生产的注塑模具，意义深远，首先学会查表和手册，能够合理的选择自己所需的零件，熟悉计算公式，能对各种计算熟练使用。其次，要能够用计算机proe制图软件，准确，完整地表达出设计过程和成果，能形象的展现设计的机构，特点。最后，要学会发散性思维的思考方式，用分析性的软件去分析自己的模具，找出优缺点，并能够举一反三，真正的做到理解运用模具设计的原理和过程。通过毕业设计，让自己在进入工作前感受一下行业的要求和特点，为将来的职业生涯打下基础。

THE DESIGN MOLD OF TOY CAR
ABSTRACT
According to the plastic products requirements, understand the use of plastic parts, plastic parts of the process analysis, dimensional accuracy and other technical requirements, selection of plastic parts size. In recent years, technology has been successfully used to help mould designers to design the product-dependent parts. Injection mod is the most important process for manufacturing plastic mod necessary equipment consists of two main elements, the injection mod machines used today are so-called universal machines,onto which various mod for plastic parts with different geometries can be mounted , within certain dimension limits,but the injection mod design has to change with plastic products. For different mod geometries,different mod configurations are usually necessary.
