（一）、宣传动员阶段
1、召开会议，学习县语委办活动方案，部署本校活动具体工作，制定我校清理不规范用字工作实施方案。
2、在全校大力宣传清理整顿不规范用字工作，组织动员全校教职工共同参与本次活动，切实让本项工作深入人心。
（二）、实施阶段
1、开展不规范用字、不规范公文格式自查工作，各科室重点抓好用字自查自纠工作，在自查自纠过程中发现的错误和问题要采取有力措施及时进行整顿，并认真填写《 不规范用字自查情况登记表》，建立学校不规范用字自查整改专档。
2、各科室开展深入整改不规范用字的“啄木鸟”活动，彻底清查学校公示栏、标语牌、制度、公章、票据、讲义、论文存在的繁体字、错别字、异形字等不规范用字，做好档案记录，填写《 不规范用字情况检查登记表》，限期整改，跟踪督查，确保检查、清理、整改同时到位。
（三）、总结阶段
全面总结本项工作，加强制度建设、完善管理措施、强化源头治理，以本次活动为契机，着力构建语言文字规范化长效机制，不断提升全校语言文字管理规范化、标准化水平，推动语言文字事业健康、科学发展。
