矿井主要通风机停电停风安全技术措施

，矿调度室可通知井下人员在主要进风大巷内等待恢复送电、送风，并安排瓦斯检查人员随时检查作业地点瓦斯情况，发现异常及时汇报。
，或无法掌握准确停电时间时，矿调度室要及时通知井下各区域人员迅速撤离升井,撤离时要在各地点安监、瓦检和施工负责人的指挥带领下全部有序撤出,避免混乱造成意外。
，调度室根据各地点瓦斯检查人员的汇报情况确定是否启动风机，恢复送电、送风：
（1）各地点瓦斯浓度在《煤矿安全规程》规定以下时，调度室通知主要通风机控制人员立即启动风机恢复通风；
（2）如果存在瓦斯浓度超限情况时，首先采取排放措施进行瓦斯排放，直到瓦斯浓度降到规定以下时，方可通知恢复送电、送风。
；掘进巷道瓦斯超限，严格按照局部通风机排放瓦斯措施进行排放。
，方可向调度汇报，通知机电部门进行送电、送风，恢复生产。
