肥城市市直机关事业单位职工基本医疗保险暂行办法 of rural drinking water sources, protection of drinking water sources in rural areas by the end of the delimitation of the scope of protection, complete with warning signs, isolating network protection facilities of rural drinking water sources, protection of drinking water sources in rural areas by the end of the delimitation of the scope of protection, complete with warning signs, isolating network protection facilities of rural drinking water sources, protection of drinking water sources in rural areas by the end of the delimitation of the scope of protection, complete with warning signs, isolating network protection facilities 肥城市市直机关事业单位职工基本医疗保险暂行办法肥政发〔2002〕39号 2002年12月14日 各乡镇人民政府、新城办事处，市政府各部门，市直各企事业单位，市属以上驻肥各单位： 《肥城市市直机关事业单位职工基本医疗保险暂行办法》已经市政府同意，现印发给你们，望认真遵照执行。 二○○二年十二月十四日 肥城市市直机关事业单位 职工基本医疗保险暂行办法 第一章总则 第一条为加强市直机关事业单位职工基本医疗保险工作的管理，保障职工基本医疗需要，根据国务院《社会保险费征缴暂行条例》和《肥城市城镇职工基本医疗保险暂行规定》(肥政发〔2001〕40号)，制定本办法。 第二条本办法适用于市直机关、全额事业单位及其职工和退休人员。具备条件的其它事业单位，泰安市以上驻肥企事业单位，市属国有、集体企业以及其他经济组织(以下统称用人单位)，经批准纳入实施时执行本办法。 第三条市劳动保障行政部门负责本办法的组织实施和监督检查工作。市劳动保障行政部门所属的医疗保险经办机构负责医疗保险基金的筹集、管理和支付工作。 市卫生、财政、物价、审计、工商、药品监督等有关部门，应当按照各自的职责协同市劳动保障行政部门做好本办法的实施工作。 第二章基本医疗保险基金的筹集 第四条基本医疗保险费由用人单位和职工个人共同缴纳。用人单位缴费率为本单位在职职工工资总额的7%；职工个人缴费率为本人工资收入的2%，由所在单位代扣代缴。退休人员个人不缴费。 of rural drinking water sources, protection of drinking water
