将学校建设成为充满人文关怀的、和谐的、现代型、学习型乐园。使其成为家长的放心园、学生成长的摇篮、教师职业发展的沃土、放飞师生理想的驿站、实现师生幸福的源泉。
（二）具体目标

（1）校园规划
学校将进一步合理规划校园布局，准备在操场上进行绿化，栽种一些有高度的树木。在东边花坛基础上，开辟一条青石诗词长廊；改造危房，在操场西边新建一幢教师办公大楼，把北边二楼教师办公室作为实验室、仪器室和图书室，并在北楼后边空地上添置几张学生乒乓球桌；改造司令台和旗台，建造初具校园文化品位的司令台背景；建设

120米的环行塑胶跑道；拆除校门两边老围墙，改建通透式的钢管结构围墙；全面刷新教学楼外墙墙壁，使之焕然一新，彻底改变落后的办学条件和学校面貌。
进一步加大投入，配齐教学设施及实验仪器，加强实验室建设，力争达到省定Ⅱ类标准，于2010年顺利通过市级实验室建设达标验收。实施省“农远工程”，加强教育信息化建设，初步建成信息化校园，力争2009年6月达到市级标准。逐年更换教师办公桌，添置办公用品，改善办公条件。
加强学校规范化管理，认真贯彻新《义务教育法》，全面执行国家教育方针，进一步规范义务教育办学行为，推进基础教育课程改革，全面实施素质教育，努力提高教育教学水平，不断丰富办学内涵，增强学校综合竞争力。力争各项指标逐年攀升，并跻身县优秀学校行列。
大力推进学校文化建设，营造学校文化的绿洲，让文化充溢在校园生活中，让学校生活彰显文化的意蕴，让师生得到文化的浸润，促进学校内涵发展。对学校的门、廊、栏、壁、坛等进行全面规划和设计，充分体现时代特征和学校特色，努力营造渗透科学精神和人文精神的、温馨和谐的校园物质文化氛围，让学生置身其中，耳濡目染，潜移默化地受到文化的浸润。精心制作学校配套标识，添置一些宣传栏及标语牌，给每幢教学楼命名，在校门上方竖立书法特色学校创建标牌
