1、有时工作方面与领导的要求还有一定差距。一方面，由于个人能力和素质不够高，一方面就是工作量多、和时间比较紧时，工作效率不高。工作时责任心不强、有点小马虎。
2、有时工作敏感性还不是很强。对领导交办的事不够敏感，有时工作没有提前，上报情况不够及时。
3、在工作岗位上发挥不够明显。对全局工作情况掌握不细，还不能主动、提前想办法，许多工作还只能算是一般般。
4、在社交方面我还纯在很大的不足，有时心里面有的表达不出来，有些话不是太敢说出来没有胆气不够阳刚，在处理有些事情时还需要领导的帮助。
5、就是在质量检查方面不够细致、专业知识不够充足，有好多东西明知道是错的却说不出来为什莫。因为检测之前没有做好充分的准备，在检查过程中有点手忙脚乱，往往重视了这头，却又忽视了那头，有点头重脚轻，没能全方位的进行系统的工作
四、未来的工作打算
