模态试验分析方法在轮胎异常磨损研究中的应用

摘要:本文将模态试验方法应用于轮胎异常磨损研究中,构建了轮胎的三维多点离散化试验模型,采用接地支承方式,
利用触发随机信号进行激励,应用单点激励多点响应的方法对某轿车新、旧(异常磨损)195/65R15 91V 型 Hankook 轮胎进
行模态试验,测取了新、旧轮胎在高、中、低三种胎压时的模态数据,并使用最新的多参考最小二乘复频域模态分析方法
(Polymax)对实测数据进行分析。通过该典型新、旧轮胎在高、中、低三种胎压下测得的模态分析对比,得到了轮胎的固有
动态特性随轮胎的磨损和胎压的降低而降低的变化规律,从而得出轮胎的动态特性的变化对轮胎异常磨损的影响。为研究轮
胎的异常磨损机理提供了一种新的思路。

Abstract: In the article, we did some research using the modal experimental method. The 3D multiple-point model of the tire
was built. And we did the modal experiment for the new and old 195/165R15 91V Hankook tire using the one point driving and
multiple-point responding method with the earth supporting and burst random inspiriting. The experiment modal parameters were got
for the tire in high, middle and low pressure. We used the newest multiple inputs Least Squares Frequency Domain method
(LSCF) to analyze the test data. Through the experiment modal analysis the influence of the tire’s wear to the tire dynamic
characteristic was researched. And we got the influence rule of the tire’s dynamic character
