基于表面振动法的柴油机辐射噪声测量和分析

摘要:以 4120SG柴油机为研究对象,提出基于激光测振的表面振动法测量柴油机辐射噪声。重点讨论了结
构辐射系数的确定及其影响因素,提出了不同结构部件计算辐射系数的方法。利用表面振动法计算了柴油机主要
部件的声功率,识别了主要噪声源。通过与噪声测量结果的对比,验证了方法的准确性。

Abstract: The laser vibrometer based on the surface vibration for measuring and analyzing the radia
ting noise of the 4120SG diesel engine is p roposed. The emphasis is focused on how to decide the radia
ting coefficient and the influencing parameters. The different methods for calculating the radiating coeffi
cient of ponents are p roposed. The sound power levels of the ponents are calculated
by using the surface vibration signals and the main noise sources are identified. The results calculated u
sing the surface vibration signals is verified by the noise measurement results, and the correctness and the
accuracy of the method are confirmed.
