立项的目的和意义
高校的学生干部是大学生中的先进分子和中坚力量，他们在大学生群体中具有很强的号召力和影响力，因此，必须加强学生干部的培养，着力造就新时期青年马克思主义者。为了加强学生干部的理想信念教育，增强学生干部的责任意识和团队精神，提高学生干部的理论水平、综合素质和工作能力，我院开设了“青年马克思主义者培养工程”学生干部培训班。本次培训采取理论培训与实践活动相结合，重点加强学生干部的责任意识和团队精神的培训，通过培训让广大学生干部切实感受到责任意识、团队精神的重要性，进一步明确自己作为一名大学生所肩负的历史使命和作为一名学生干部所担当的责任，在今后的学习、生活和工作中不断加强学习和培养，努力成为社会主义事业的合格建设者和接班人。
