ABSTRACT
In this paper, the analysis and evaluation of the safety and health working for a company of fatty alcohol project. First, through the production process of fatty alcohol products, to identify the source of danger which, find out the dangerous and harmful factors and safety evaluation for the whole project production. Through the analysis of the risk of harmful factors to put forward the Countermeasures of fatty alcohol project safety and health operation.
In order to make health and safety evaluation more accurate, we collect a lot of information about the production of the project of fatty alcohols were investigated in detail, and this project. By consulting a large number of relevant laws, regulations, codes and standards, the analysis and evaluation of safety and health in each link of the project for the production of fatty alcohol. Through the professional knowledge of safety engineering, using e*pert evaluation method, check the fault tree analysis, safety and health of qualitative and quantitative evaluation of project method, table, and finally puts forward the safety and health measures science.
