1铁路客车耐碰撞车体结构研究杜彦品,陈海俊,李华丽,朱亮?(南车南京浦镇车辆有限公司客车设计部,江苏南京210031)摘要:铁路客车仍然是乘客出行的主要工具之一。随着铁路客车的高速发展,乘客对车辆的行车安全提出了更高的要求。我国铁路客车在主动安全方面有系统的措施,在车体被动安全防护方面还不成熟,近几年随着高铁时代的到来,被动安全防护技术引起高度关注,现已成为铁路客车设计研究的一个热点。大多数国际项目对车体的碰撞吸能也有明确要求,铁路客车车体被动安全技术显得非常必要和迫切。本文阐述了铁路客车耐碰撞车体的设计理念及参照评价的设计标准,结合某具体项目详细介绍了耐碰撞车体的设计思路及车体结构,,对耐碰撞车体进行CAE碰撞计算及分析,论证铁路客车耐撞性结构设计的合理性。关键词:铁路客车;耐碰撞车体结构;碰撞计算及分析Research on Collision Resistance of Railway Passenger Carbody StructureDUYanpin,CHENHaijun,LIHuali,ZHU Liang(CSR Nanjing Puzhen RollingStock Ltd., Nanjing 210031, China)Abstract:Railway passenger cars is still one of the main tools of passengers.
