电气控制柜（箱）的设计
在电气控制比较简单时，控制电器可以附在生产机械内部，而在控制系统比较复杂，或生产环境及操作的需要时通常都带有单独的电气控制柜（箱），以利制造、使用和维护。电气控制柜（箱）可设计成立柜式、工作台式、手提式或悬挂式。在设计电气控制柜（箱）时主要应该考虑以下几个问题：
l）根据面板及箱内各电气部件的尺寸确定总体尺寸及结构方式。
2）结构紧凑外形美观，要与生产机械相匹配，应提出一定的装饰要求。
3）根据面板及箱内电气部件的安装尺寸，设计柜（箱）内安装支架，并标出安装孔或焊接安装螺栓尺寸，或注明采用配作方式。
4）从方便安装、调整及维修要求，设计其开门方式。
5）为利于箱内电器的通风散热，在箱体适当部位设计通风孔或通风槽。
6）为便于搬动，应设计合适的起吊勾、起吊孔、扶手架或箱体底部带活动轮。
