但老师走开了，他又去干他的事，从来不把老师说的话放在心上，老师有时候坐在一起去讨论应该怎样去对待这样的孩子这个问题很需要引起我们的思考。
    以上我所接触的孩子是我遇到的比较典型的孩子，前者我至今没有找到应该怎样去教育他的方法，后者我们觉得我们所做的对孩子有用，并且她也确实在我们的引导下改变了自己，有了一个质的飞跃，她的妈妈也不止一次来说，她的女儿发生了惊喜的变化，我们老师心里也倍感欣慰。
随着和幼儿园老师的不断交流，我也有了点儿经验，慢慢的我也进步了不少。也懂得了如何和孩子们交流，怎样照顾孩子的生活起居。在这一个月里，我学到了很多，受益匪浅，我觉得有很多东西是我在学校里都学不到的，我非常感谢幼儿园老师给我这次机会，也感谢幼儿园的孩子们，是他们给了我一个“舞台”，我要特别感谢园长，他给了我很大的帮助，教我去处理各种紧急事件，领着我走向孩子，让我更加了解自己的专业。
