等相关人员为组员的健康教育领导小组。根据《学校健康教育评价方案》，调整和确定健康教育的目标，认真学习《学校卫生工作条例》《学校健康教育评价方案》等有关健康教育及卫生工作的政策法规，掌握学校健康教育的工作内容，使之逐步进入科学化的轨道。学校健康教育课本拥有率、开课率均达到100%，学生健康知识知晓率达90%以上，学生健康行为形成率达85%以上。学校的健康教育工作坚持做到“五有”，即有课本，有教案，有课时，有考核，有评价；充分利用广播、电视、橱窗、黑板报等形式，积极开展健康知识宣传，提高学生自我保护意识。学校建立了新生入学体检制度和学生健康档案卡。
认真执行《学生体质健康标准》，切实落实学生每天１小时的体育活动，坚持上好“两操”，保质保量上好体育课。
学校根据实际经常开展各种体育比赛活动，组织学生进行体育锻炼和体育达标测试；分年级举办体育竞赛，学校体育队坚持训练，并有符合学校特色的体育项目。
三、加强卫生管理机制，创设卫生校园环境
我区开展“三创”工作以来，我校反复学习上级有关创卫的文件精神，认识创卫工作的重要性、必要性，把创卫工作放到学校工作的重要地位。先后多次召开领导会、教师大会，积极动员、部署安排，激发教师的干劲，从而调动了全体教师的积极性，大家的认识明确了，信心也更足了。
