Abstract : [Objective] To observe the cure effect of ShuganHewei method on gastroesophageal reflux disease. [Method] Randomly divide 162 cases into treatment group(87) and control one(75), both take omeprazole 20mg orally, 2 times/d; the first group is added with TCM, 1 dose/d/2 times; 6w as a course. [Result〕In treatment group, 21 were cured, 44 had marked effect, 13 had effect, 8 had no effect, the total effective rate was %; for the other group, they were 11, 24, 19, 21 and % respectively; they had marked difference (P<) . [Conclusion] Combination of TCM and WM had good clinical effect on gastroesophageal reflux disease.

胃食管反流病（GERD）是指胃和（或）十二指肠内容物反流至食管引起食管 黏膜组织损害，主要症状为烧心、反酸及胸痛等。GERD是一种常见病、多发病， 多需长期治疗。笔者采用中西医结合治疗此类患者，疗效较好，报道如下。
1资料与方法
参照1999年全国反流性食管病（炎）研讨会制定的诊断标 准和分级方案〔1〕：（1）有典型的胃食管反流病症状，明显烧心、反酸、胸骨后 疼痛等。（2）反流行食管炎的内镜诊断与分级：0级，内镜检查正常，积。分；I 级，内镜见食管下段点状或条索状发红，糜烂，无融合
